The meeting was chaired by Xiao Yuehua, the second-level inspector of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s Work Safety Department. Hu Hongyan, director of the Civil Explosives Management and Industry Safety Guidance Division of the Provincial Department of Economic and Information Technology, Zheng Weiguang, a third-level researcher, and relevant leaders of the industry authorities of Huzhou City and Changxing County attended the meeting. The main participating units of this meeting included: Xinlian Civil Explosives Group, Changpeng Company, Hongteng Company, etc.; General Manager Mr. Wu Qiong attended the meeting on behalf of our company.

This appraisal meeting established an appraisal committee with Professor Liu Dabin of Nanjing University of Science and Technology as the director, Professor Jiang Rongguang of Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Jia Xiaohong, a researcher-level senior engineer of Xi’an Qinghua Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. as deputy directors, and Professor Wang Yuesheng of Hangzhou Dianzi University, Tang Sheng, a senior engineer of Chongqing Shunan Explosives Co., Ltd., Gao Ming, a senior engineer of Inner Mongolia Sanli Group Hongqi Chemical Co., Ltd., and Guan Yanyi, a researcher-level senior engineer of Shandong Shengshida Chemical Co., Ltd., and other well-known experts in the civil explosives industry as members.

The appraisal committee listened to the project development work summary, technical summary report and other reports, verified the operation of the production line equipment on site, reviewed relevant materials, and sampled the performance of trial production products. After questioning and discussion, the experts of the appraisal committee unanimously determined that the project is innovative, advanced, reliable and safe, and the comprehensive technology has reached the international leading level, and agreed to pass the scientific and technological achievement appraisal.

爆破施工指南:保證爆破安全的關(guān)鍵要素,發(fā)生盲炮安全處理方法

爆破施工由于所使用的材料都是危險(xiǎn)品,容易爆炸,這些材料在爆破時(shí)具有很大的破壞力,施工的地點(diǎn)往往又是懸崖陡壁,因此思想上稍有麻痹大意,很容易發(fā)生傷亡事故,所以在爆破作業(yè)中,必須充分重視安全工作,要加強(qiáng)對(duì)作業(yè)人員的思想教育和技術(shù)安全教育,建立一定的制度,做到人人思想重視,個(gè)個(gè)注意安全,反對(duì)麻痹大意,克服怕麻煩的思想,避免事故的發(fā)生。

一、爆破材料的保管
1、爆破材料由于對(duì)火花、撞擊、熱等具有敏感性,因此只許在專(zhuān)門(mén)的倉(cāng)庫(kù)存放。附近的易燃物應(yīng)清除,不得在庫(kù)房附近吸煙、用電爐。電器設(shè)備也應(yīng)防止發(fā)生火花或起火。
2、爆破材料受潮濕容易失效,故倉(cāng)庫(kù)必須通風(fēng)良好,能防漏、防潮,爆破材料最好放在架上或底下用防潮層隔離。
3、庫(kù)房應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離工地、營(yíng)房及居民建筑,其安全距離為300m;最好選在不常有人到達(dá)的僻靜處所。
4、炸藥與雷管必須分開(kāi)存放,并相隔一定的距離。不同性質(zhì)的炸藥也最好分庫(kù)存放。
5、庫(kù)房應(yīng)有警戒,應(yīng)能防雷擊,并有消防設(shè)備。

二、爆破材料的裝卸和運(yùn)輸
1、必須指派熟悉爆破材料性能的人員負(fù)責(zé)組織裝卸和押運(yùn)工作。
2、輕拿輕放,防止摔落受震,也不準(zhǔn)拖拉和滾動(dòng)。雨雪天要有防雨、防滑措施。
3、夜間裝卸不能用明火照明,如用氣燈應(yīng)擺在下風(fēng)側(cè),距離藥堆,搬運(yùn)通道至少10m以外。搬運(yùn)爆破材料的人員,身上嚴(yán)禁帶煙火及其他易燃物。
4、裝有爆破材料的車(chē)船應(yīng)??吭谶h(yuǎn)離建筑物或居民點(diǎn)200m以外,并應(yīng)設(shè)崗看守,嚴(yán)禁閑散人員接近。
5、炸藥和雷管不得同車(chē)、同船運(yùn)輸。
6、雷管、黑火藥、膠質(zhì)炸藥應(yīng)特別注意防震,不得用拖車(chē)、自卸汽車(chē)運(yùn)輸。用汽車(chē)運(yùn)輸時(shí),裝載高度不得超過(guò)車(chē)廂邊緣,裝載量不得超過(guò)汽車(chē)額定載重量的三分之二,車(chē)廂底與炸藥間均應(yīng)有軟墊層防震。冬季運(yùn)輸膠質(zhì)炸藥尚須有防凍措施。
7、裝載爆破材料的汽車(chē),不得裝有汽車(chē)的備用燃料。冬天發(fā)動(dòng)時(shí)不得用明火烤。
8、電雷管裝卸、運(yùn)輸時(shí)不得接近電源。

三、路基土石方一般爆破施工
1、要嚴(yán)格爆破材料的領(lǐng)發(fā)放制度,要按量領(lǐng)料,下工時(shí)要把多余的炸藥雷管統(tǒng)一交庫(kù)保管,不得私人保存。失效的炸藥雷管也應(yīng)及時(shí)交庫(kù),統(tǒng)一由專(zhuān)人按規(guī)定捎毀,不準(zhǔn)亂。
2、要有專(zhuān)人負(fù)責(zé)裝藥、放炮和指揮;裝藥、堵塞和起爆等工作也要有計(jì)劃地進(jìn)行。
3、制作起爆藥包應(yīng)在專(zhuān)設(shè)的加工房?jī)?nèi)進(jìn)行,在室外制作要選在僻靜、遠(yuǎn)離人群和建筑的干燥處所進(jìn)行。對(duì)所有起爆材料均應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢查,使用電雷管的起爆藥包制作完畢后應(yīng)即將兩腳線接成短路,并以膠布包好,以防受其它電流影響而引爆。
4、炮眼或藥壺裝藥搗實(shí)及堵塞,必須用木制或竹制炮棍進(jìn)行;起爆藥包應(yīng)小心放入炮眼內(nèi),不得猛力沖擊或擠壓;騍于導(dǎo)火索或電雷管腳線必須注意保護(hù),防止損壞。
5、火花起爆時(shí),一人點(diǎn)炮數(shù)不宜超過(guò)5炮,如超過(guò)或多人點(diǎn)炮,均應(yīng)設(shè)信號(hào)導(dǎo)火索或信號(hào)雷管,多人點(diǎn)炮應(yīng)劃分點(diǎn)炮區(qū),具體規(guī)定應(yīng)點(diǎn)炮數(shù),撤離道路及躲炮地點(diǎn)等,聽(tīng)到點(diǎn)炮信號(hào)立即點(diǎn)炮,聽(tīng)到撤離信號(hào)無(wú)論點(diǎn)完與否均應(yīng)迅速躲避。
6、實(shí)施起爆必須由干部或指定專(zhuān)人在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指揮,派出警戒通知危險(xiǎn)區(qū)范圍并及時(shí)組織鄰近受爆破威脅的人員待避。必須在防護(hù)及撤離工作經(jīng)檢查符合要求后才準(zhǔn)起爆。人員的待避距離,在采用炮眼法或藥壺法露天爆破時(shí),不得少于300m,在下坡方向或順風(fēng)方向應(yīng)適當(dāng)加大距離。
7、爆破后應(yīng)對(duì)爆破工作面及其附近進(jìn)行檢查,判定有無(wú)盲炮,檢查山體有無(wú)裂縫和坍塌的可能,要撬除危石,不能立即處理的,要加支護(hù)或設(shè)立標(biāo)志,警告作業(yè)人員不要靠近。檢查時(shí)間距放炮后至少要20min。

盲炮處理:
在各種爆破方法中,由于多種原因造成起爆藥包拒爆或炸藥的部分或全部未爆的現(xiàn)象通稱(chēng)盲炮。爆破中發(fā)生盲炮不僅影響爆破效果,尤其在處理時(shí)危險(xiǎn)性更大。如未及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)或處理不當(dāng),將會(huì)造成傷亡事故。因此,必須掌握發(fā)生盲炮的原因及規(guī)律,以便采取有效的防止措施和安全的處理方法。

發(fā)現(xiàn)盲炮應(yīng)及時(shí)處理,處理方法要確保安全,力求簡(jiǎn)單有效。處理盲炮時(shí),嚴(yán)禁其他人員在附近做其他工作。在有自爆可能性的情況下,應(yīng)劃定危險(xiǎn)區(qū),盲炮處理完后,要檢查和清理殘余未爆的爆炸材料,確認(rèn)安全后,方可進(jìn)行作業(yè)。

因爆破方法的不同,處理盲炮的方法也有所區(qū)別,現(xiàn)分述如下:

(一)處理炮眼法盲炮
1、如果導(dǎo)火索、導(dǎo)爆索經(jīng)檢查完好時(shí),可以重新起爆。
2、用木或竹制工具掏出堵塞物,另裝起爆藥包起爆,或采用聚能穴藥包誘爆,嚴(yán)禁掏出或拉出起爆藥包。
3、在距盲炮孔不小于0.4米處,再打平行炮眼,裝藥起爆。
4、采用水沖或風(fēng)吹法處理盲炮。

(二)處理深孔法盲炮
1、由于外部起爆網(wǎng)路被破壞造成的盲炮,可重新聯(lián)結(jié)起爆。
2、距盲炮不小于2米處打平行孔,裝藥起爆。
3、采用導(dǎo)爆索起爆硝銨類(lèi)炸藥時(shí),允許用機(jī)械清理附近巖石,取出盲炮中的炸藥。
4、采用硝銨類(lèi)炸藥時(shí),如孔壁完好,可取出部分填塞物,向孔內(nèi)灌水,使炸藥失效。

(三)處理洞室法盲炮
1、如能找出導(dǎo)火(爆)索頭,經(jīng)檢查可能起爆時(shí),可重新聯(lián)結(jié)起爆。
2、清除豎井、平洞的堵塞物后,取出炸藥和起爆藥包。

無(wú)論什么爆破方法出現(xiàn)的盲炮,凡能聯(lián)線起爆者,均應(yīng)注意最小抵抗線的變化情況,如變化較大時(shí),在加大警戒范圍,不危及附近建筑物時(shí),仍可聯(lián)線起爆。

首先,環(huán)境因素是影響起爆穩(wěn)定性的重要因素之一。溫度、濕度和氣壓的變化都可能對(duì)電子雷管芯片的性能產(chǎn)生不利影響。在極端的環(huán)境條件下,電子雷管芯片可能無(wú)法正常啟動(dòng),導(dǎo)致破碎工作的延誤或失敗。因此,尋找一種能在各種環(huán)境條件下保持穩(wěn)定性的解決方案至關(guān)重要。

除此之外,防水性能是影響電子雷管拒爆的重要因素之一。在水下或潮濕環(huán)境中使用的雷管,必須具備良好的防水性能,以防止水分滲入影響其正常工作。因此,采用具有高防水等級(jí)的密封技術(shù)和材料,是確保電子雷管在潮濕環(huán)境中拒爆的關(guān)鍵。

其次,抗靜電能力對(duì)電子雷管的拒爆性能也至關(guān)重要。靜電可能導(dǎo)致電子雷管內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生電荷積聚,從而引發(fā)意外爆炸。為了防止靜電的影響,雷管需要具備良好的抗靜電能力,采用防靜電材料和設(shè)計(jì),以確保靜電不會(huì)對(duì)電子雷管的正常運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生干擾。

此外,電子雷管的外部防護(hù)性能也是影響拒爆能力的因素之一。外部環(huán)境中可能存在撞擊、摩擦或化學(xué)物質(zhì)等危險(xiǎn)因素,這些因素可能對(duì)雷管產(chǎn)生損壞或引發(fā)爆炸。因此,采用堅(jiān)固耐用的外殼材料和設(shè)計(jì),以及添加額外的防護(hù)層,能有效保護(hù)雷管免受外部威脅,提高其拒爆能力。

最后,合理的電路設(shè)計(jì)和安全控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)電子雷管的拒爆能力起著關(guān)鍵作用。電路設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)具備過(guò)載保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)等功能,以確保雷管在異常情況下能夠安全停止工作,避免發(fā)生爆炸事故。此外,嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量控制和安全認(rèn)證體系也是確保電子雷管拒爆能力的重要保證。

電子雷管芯片在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,點(diǎn)火元器件的選型關(guān)系重大,是影響起爆穩(wěn)定性的關(guān)鍵因素:

發(fā)生盲炮,也就是拒爆,可能性有很多:

第一,爆炸線路連接出問(wèn)題

第二,電子雷管失效(原因有多種,電容燒毀,點(diǎn)火頭受損或質(zhì)量不合格);

第三,爆炸過(guò)程當(dāng)中導(dǎo)爆索傳導(dǎo)不正?;虮谎訒r(shí)爆破沖擊斷

第四,炸藥填裝方向倒置,也就是引爆并非從炮孔底部開(kāi)始,而是從炮孔靠近自由面端開(kāi)始引爆。

第五,起爆器設(shè)置的爆破延時(shí)不合理,導(dǎo)致后爆炸的雷管損壞;

其中第二項(xiàng),電子雷管中,電容和點(diǎn)火頭對(duì)爆破效果的影響深遠(yuǎn),直接影響著爆破的效果。

我們先從第一點(diǎn)分析:電容。影響電容性能的兩點(diǎn):存放周期,如果電容存放時(shí)間過(guò)久,會(huì)導(dǎo)致電容容值變化,使用時(shí)發(fā)生故障,另一方面就是使用過(guò)程中的電容充電方案不合理,充電過(guò)程中電容損壞或未充電,爆破時(shí)無(wú)法正常放電,從而導(dǎo)致盲炮。

第二點(diǎn):電子雷管橋絲,也稱(chēng)點(diǎn)火頭! 這一點(diǎn)對(duì)電子雷管的影響最大,點(diǎn)火頭有多重要,舉個(gè)例子就知道了:點(diǎn)火頭就相當(dāng)于鞭炮的引線,沒(méi)有引線,鞭炮就無(wú)法引燃!所以,即使雷管方案做的再好,點(diǎn)火頭斷了或者阻值不在范圍內(nèi),瞎炮現(xiàn)象就必然會(huì)出現(xiàn)!所以電子雷管貼片橋絲(點(diǎn)火頭)對(duì)雷管爆破效果直接影響。

目前,電子雷管橋絲有兩種,一種是貼片式的,一種是電阻式的,電阻式的因?yàn)槌杀靖?一發(fā)電阻售價(jià)6毛以上)、沾藥面積?。ㄖ荒苷匆话耄鴦?chuàng)下150發(fā)盲炮99發(fā)的歷史戰(zhàn)績(jī)而淘汰,史無(wú)前例!另一種就是當(dāng)下最多采用的方案:貼片橋絲。目前貼片橋絲效果穩(wěn)定,沾藥后不會(huì)發(fā)生斷絲的現(xiàn)象,是不發(fā)生盲炮的重要保證,但是貨源稀缺,目前國(guó)內(nèi)只有一兩家廠家能達(dá)到微米級(jí)別的精度,其中性能最好的,要數(shù)HT-TPQS系列(全稱(chēng)HT-TPQS電子雷管專(zhuān)用貼片橋絲端子)。這個(gè)系列的精度最高能達(dá)到0.008mm,也就是8μm,不過(guò)目前國(guó)內(nèi)用的最多的,是18μm-55μm之間。這種點(diǎn)火頭采用的是鎳合金電阻絲,符合YBT 5259-2012 鎳鉻電阻合金絲規(guī)范要求。目前現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):

1、橋絲為鎳鉻電阻合金絲,所采用橋絲應(yīng)符合YBT 5259-2012 鎳鉻電阻合金絲規(guī)范要求;

2、鍍錫層應(yīng)均勻,電鍍鎳底,在經(jīng)過(guò)回流焊接之后鍍層不得出現(xiàn)起泡、脫落現(xiàn)象,過(guò)鹽霧48小時(shí)。

3、封塑部分為L(zhǎng)CP塑料必須經(jīng)過(guò)回流焊接260℃維持90s高溫不變形,不老化。

4、橋絲壓接完成后,橋絲端子過(guò)回流焊之前和過(guò)回流焊之后的電阻值都應(yīng)在范圍之內(nèi)。

5、所有封塑部分都不得存在飛邊(包括頂針位置)。

6、橋絲壓接后的形狀為外張弧形,弧形不得向內(nèi)或者沒(méi)有弧形。

7、橋絲端子金屬片不能發(fā)生變形,翹曲現(xiàn)象。

8、橋絲壓接完成后應(yīng)通過(guò)抗拉力測(cè)試:用30g砝碼吊于橋絲弧度位置,橋絲不能脫落。

這種點(diǎn)火頭在生產(chǎn)中面臨的最大的難度,是鎳合金電阻絲特別細(xì),肉眼很難分辨,所以只有具備一定的技術(shù)能力,才能夠生產(chǎn);
